Account data: your name, email address, country, and a hashed password. We never store your password in a readable form.

Verification data: identity documents and a facial image, collected only when you request a payout or where we are required to verify you.

Trading data: the deals, positions and balances on accounts we issue you. This is generated by your own trading activity and is how rules are enforced.

Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, and login attempts. This is used for security and fraud prevention.

Payment data: we do not store card numbers. Payments are processed by third-party providers who receive the details directly.

To operate your account, enforce the published trading rules, and process payouts.

To verify your identity where required, and to meet anti-money-laundering and sanctions obligations.

To detect and prevent fraud, including coordinated trading across accounts.

To send you service messages about your account. Marketing email is separate and requires your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Our execution broker, for the purpose of issuing and operating trading accounts.

Payment providers, identity verification providers, and email delivery providers, each acting on our instructions.

Law enforcement or regulators where we are legally required to do so.

We do not sell personal data.

Account and trading records are kept for as long as your account is open and for a period afterwards where required for legal, tax or dispute purposes.

Verification documents are held for the period required by anti-money-laundering rules and then deleted.

Login and security logs are kept for a limited period for fraud prevention.

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it.

You can object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent to marketing at any time.

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. It is essential to the service and cannot be disabled while you are using your account.

The session cookie is HttpOnly, meaning scripts cannot read it, and is transmitted only over HTTPS.
