Refund Policy

If you have purchased an evaluation and no position has been opened on the account, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Contact support with your order reference.

Once the first position is opened, the evaluation has been used and the fee is no longer refundable under this clause.

Separately from the above, the evaluation fee is refunded to you as part of your first payout on the standard 14-day cycle, once the account reaches at least +10% cumulative net gain.

This refund is forfeited if you take an instant on-demand payout instead, or if you request a cycle payout below +10% net gain. In the latter case you still receive the 80% split for that cycle.

This is a performance-based refund, not a cancellation right, and the two are independent of each other.

mFF Infinity monthly fees are operating fees and are not refundable, including for partial months.

You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops the next charge and your credentials remain active until the end of the paid period.

If we close your account for a reason not attributable to you, or if a platform failure on our side makes an evaluation impossible to complete fairly, we will issue a free retry or a refund at your choice.

Ordinary market conditions, volatility, spread widening and slippage are not platform failures.

Email the support address below with your account email and order reference. We aim to respond within three business days.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Where that is not possible, we will agree an alternative with you.

Chargebacks raised without contacting us first will result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated.
